PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven blind whose hanging size can be reduced without enlarging a head box and without increasing costs. SOLUTION: A plurality of winding drums 22, 24 capable of winding and unwinding a lift cord 20 for lifting and lowering slats 16, a motor 26 placed inside the winding drum 22 to transmit rotation to the winding drum 22, a rotating shaft 34 transmitting rotation from the motor 26 to the winding drum 24 inside which the motor 26 is not placed, and a control device 42 provided in a position other than the position where the winding drum 22 with the motor 26 placed inside it is placed, to control the rotation of the motor 26, are housed in a head box 12.
