PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating cover material 1, a cover material fixture and a cover material mounting method capable of controlling the generation of vibration in the case an automatic carrier comes and goes on an automatic carrier road while maintaining an opening ratio. SOLUTION: A cover material 1 equipped with a plate section 3 and a side plate section vertically hanging down from the peripheral surface section of the plate section 3 is manufactured. Holes 7 having the small inner size are perforated into the plate section 3 with punching, etc. Even in the case the automatic carrier comes and goes on the plate section 3, casters are prevented from falling into the holes 7, and the generation of vibration can be controlled. In order to open the holes 7, an opening ratio can be maintained, and air- conditioning efficiency is not lowered. The cover material 1 is mounted to a grating with a cover material fixture.
