摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the physical strength by extrusion molding a synthetic resin-made honeycomb hollow body, and simultaneously injecting a foaming resin into the sectionally blocked space of the honeycomb hollow body by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene is extrusion-molded to form a honeycomb hollow body 1 having a saw-tooth frame so as to continue the base part to a vessel wall in a space formed by the vessel wall. A foaming resin 4 having a foaming magnification of about 0.5-10 times is injected into a number of sectionally blocked spaces 3 of the honeycomb hollow body 1 by extrusion molding to form a synthetic resin building material 10. According to this, physical strength such as compression or tensile strength can be enhanced to allow the nailing or screwing.
