PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower blow temperature of conditioned air at the time of restarting. SOLUTION: When an ignition switch 2 is off in the condition where an A/C switch is on for stopping a vehicle, a solenoid valve 10 is closed, and a blow fan 9 of an evaporator 8 is stopped. At a specified time after that, an engine 1 is stopped, and a compressor 3 is stopped. Since actuation of the compressor 3 is stopped after the solenoid valve 10 is closed, pressure of coolant in the evaporator 8 is lowered. Pressure difference of coolant between the upstream side and the downstream side of an expansion valve 7 can thus be larger when the ignition switch 2 is put on to restart an air conditioner, thereby blow temperature of conditioned air blown from the evaporator 8 into a cabin at the time of restarting can be lowered.
