PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment by mounting a blower and a battery on a frame having wheels and driving the blower by an electric motor connected to the battery. SOLUTION: An electric blower 1 is constituted of a machine body 2, a blower pipe 3, and a frame 4. A blower fan is confronted by the electric motor 5 equipped on the body 2 to connect to the output shaft of the motor 5 and further, a battery 18 installed on a frame 12 of the frame 4 is connected to the motor 5. Then, wheels 17 and an operating handle 21 of the blower 1 are provided on the frame 12, and the handle 21 and the machine body 2 are made vertically rotatable against the frame 12 and fixed at a required angle. When gripping one of the right and left levers provided in the handle 21, the pipe 3 is laterally turned in accordance with the gripped lever through a wire. In this way, noise can be reduced beause no engine is used, and as exhause gas does not generate, working environment can be improved, and failed leaves in a garden can be easily collected by blowing air.
