PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and certainly pass an article which is an object to supply a through port by preventing occurrence of inconvenience of clogging, etc., of the objective article at the through port of an inlet, etc., of a passage or realizing early settlement of the inconvenience while continuing carriage of the article on a carrier surface. SOLUTION: A shaft axis line in the vertical direction of a rubber made exclusion roller 26 is set on the inner peripheral side of a ring rotating surface 14a at an inlet of an outlet guide 24. An outer peripheral surface of the exclusion roller 26 is made slightly on the inner peripheral side of the ring rotating surface 14a. The exclusion roller 26 is rotated clockwise direction. A work W a part or whole of which is protruded to the inner peripheral side in front of the inlet of the outlet guide 24 is excluded back ward and inward by making it contact with the outer peripheral surface of the exclusion roller 26.
