PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely remove an oxidized film from a partially solidified metal billet by using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: An oxidized film trap member 38 is attachably/detachably mounted to an injection end face 36 of an injection sleeve 30 constituting a die cast device 18. A hole part 40 for trapping is formed to the oxidized film trap member 38, a diameter D1 of the hole part 40 is set to a diameter smaller than a sleeve inner diameter D2 of the injection sleeve 30.
