PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain good suction responsiveness and enable stable pulsation restrain by providing a peristaltic suction pump for generating sucking pressure in a suction tube, a chamber communicated with a suction tube between an operation instrument and the suction pump, and an expansible gas bag filled with gas in the chamber. SOLUTION: A pulsation restraining part 7 is formed by a chamber 20 communicated with a suction tube 6 through a communicating part 24, an expansible balloon 21 provided therein, and a limiting part for limiting the deformation of the balloon. The balloon 21 is installed on an upper wall part of the chamber 20 like a dome, and a closed space between the upper wall part and the balloon 21 is served as an air chamber 23 for storing air. When a peristaltic suction pump 8 is rotated, sucking pressure is applied to the suction tube 6 so that the balloon 21 is expanded with the sucking pressure. At this time, in the case where the balloon 21 is expanded without resistance, the pressure in the air chamber 23 becomes equal to the sucking pressure. The sucking pressure fluctuation due to pulsation can be damped and restrained by expansion and contraction of the balloon 21 depending on the change of sucking pressure due to pulsation. |
