PRODUCTION OF FERMENTED MANURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a mature compost and manure without an immature compost and manure, and having an improved manuring function by using a culturing liquid of photosynthetic bacteria, and acetic acid or propionic acid (salt), adsorbed on a porous material, as a maturing promoter, adding the manuring promoter to a raw material for the fermented manure, and carrying out the fermentation and maturing thereof. SOLUTION: A culturing liquid of photosynthetic bacteria is blended with acetic acid or an acetic acid-containing material such as vinegar, wood vinegar, bamboo vinegar, chaff vinegar and an acetic acid salt, or propionic acid or a propionic acid salt in the ratio of 1/(1-8), and the obtained mixture in an amount regulated so as to be <=30 wt.% is adsorbed on a porous material to provide a manuring promoter. The manuring promoter in the proportion of several % is added to a raw material for a fermented manure such as a compost and a manure, and the raw material with the manuring promoter is accumulated according to a conventional method to ferment and mature the raw material. The porous material obtained by carrying out a carbonizing treatment of wood, sawdust, coconut husks, chaff, wheat hulls, the lees of Shochu (Japanese white distilled liquor), cottonseed hulls, coffee grounds or the like, a zeolite, a material obtained by subjecting obsidian to a firing treatment, or vermiculite is preferable as the porous material.
