PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an air conditioner with a rotary total heat exchanger in comfortableness and economical efficiency. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 with a rotary total heat exchanger, which conditioner 1 is connected to an outdoor unit 2 by way of refrigerant pipes 20 and 21, can control rotor-driving motors 8, 9 and 10 by using an outdoor air temperature sensor 12 and a user-side heat exchanger inlet temperature sensor 13 to detect the respective temperatures, and rotating rotary total heat exchanger rotors 5, 6 and 7 by way of control means 14.
