PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defect of displaying printing patterns on shifted positions of respective bags. SOLUTION: A bag-shaped net 17 fed in through a dancer roll 13 is formed into the cylindrical shape through a former 14, and materials to be packaged are fed at the equal intervals from an inlet of the former 14 into a cylindrical net, and then the cylindrical net is seal cut by a first sealer 24 to form packaging bodies 26 at the given intervals, and respective packaging bodies 26 are delivered by a transfer conveyor 25. On the other hand, a design paper carrying track 3 for feeding two-folded design papers from the lateral direction is provided on the end of the transfer conveyor. A guide wall for making the right angle folded design paper gradually into the sharp angle is formed on the track, and the packaging body is inserted between the stopping forefront design paper and simultaneously the design papers are welded on the outside of the packaging body by a second sealer.
