PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject loxoprofen sodium solid preparation that can reduce the strong adhesion of loxoprofen sodium and shows excellent stability after manufacturing by spraying the granules containing loxoprofen sodium and saccharides with a solution containing cellulosic preparation material and drying them. SOLUTION: The granules containing (A) loxoprofen sodium and (B) saccharides as lactose and the like are sprayed with a solution (D) containing a cellulosic preparation material, preferably hydroxypropyl-cellulose of a low substitution degree, preferably with particle sizes of <=100μm. The solvent for the component (D) is preferably water and/or an alcohol, the viscosity of the component kD is preferably 1-200 cP. In case the component C is a low- substitution degree hydroxypropylcellulose, 100 pts.wt. of the granules are preferably sprayed with 6-10 pts.wt. of the hydroxypropylcellulose. This pharmaceutical preparation is useful for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis deformans, low back pain and the like.
