PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with surface finishing after formation of a shield tunnel and to easily install and fix a lid with high reliability by fitting a fitting projection arranged in the end of a leg suspended from the back side of a blocking lid into an opening of a specific recess-shaped fitting member and hooking a hook part on a locking piece of the recess-shaped fitting member. SOLUTION: A recess-shaped fitting member 4, which is formed into a truncated cone substantially in an outline and provided with a hollow part 6 on the inside and an opening arranged in the upper face approximately central part and connected to the inside hollow part 6, is arranged in the bottom part of a connecting bolt box 2. The outer edge of the opening is formed as a locking piece 7. A blocking lid 8 is provided with a lid main body 9 forming blockage flush with the surface of an embedded pipe shield segment 1, a leg 10 suspended from the back side of the lid main body 9, and a fitting projection 11 arranged in the end part of the leg 10 and provided with a stopper function. In installation of the blocking lid 8 to the connecting bolt box 2, the fitting projection 11 in the blocking lid 8 is fitted in the opening of the recess-shaped fitting member 4, and a hook part 13 is engaged with the locking piece 7 of the recess-shaped fitting member 4.
