PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a toilet quiet by arranging a blower within a stool, and opening a discharge port into the stool inner space. SOLUTION: A deodorizing blower 10 is arranged within a stool body 1, and a suction duct 9 has a suction opening part 12 facing the upper surface of the bowl rear end part of the stool body 1, and allowed to communicate with the deodorizing blower 10 within the stool body 1. A discharge duct 13 has a deodorizer 11 in the inner part, and is allowed to communicate with a case cover 5 on the stool rear upper surface through the deodorizing blower 10 within the stool body 1, and a discharge outlet 14 is opposed to the side opening part of the case cover 5. Therefore, the malodor in defecation is sucked from the opening part 12 facing the rear end upper surface of the stool 1, passed through the duct and the deodorizer 11 built in the duct, and discharged into the toilet through the discharge port. Accordingly, a hot water toilet seat device can be made compact, the noise in rotation of the blower can be reduced, and a draining duct can be dispensed with.
