PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aliphatic polyester composition excellent in mechanical strengths such as tear strength, and having good heat-sealability, and to provide a molding product thereof. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester composition and its molding product comprise (A) 60-99.9 wt.% aliphatic polyester, and (B) 40-0.1 wt.% organic clay complex obtained by treating laminar silicic acid salt with an organic cation. The aliphatic polyester has 50-190 deg.C melting point, and >=50,000 weight average molecular weight, and the organic cation is at least one kind selected from a group of primary to tertiary amine salts, a quarternary ammonium salt and amine acid salts.
