PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition with excellent spreadability when melted, good moldability, and high material strength and excellent bonding performance as well. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises the following components A, B and C: (A) 1-99 wt.% of an olefin-based resin, (B) 99-1 wt.% of a graft copolymer afforded by subjecting a monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound and a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester to graft reaction process in the presence of a rubbery polymer, and (C) 1-200 pts.wt. of an acrylic graft copolymer afforded by radical copolymerization of a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester to a radical- polymerizable polymer formed by reaction of a radical-polymerizable monomer having a functional group reactive with the functional groups described below with a modified olefin-based polymer or modified block copolymer having one functional group selected from functional groups including carboxylic acid, epoxy, hydroxyl and isocyanate groups.
