PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively soft blend with a specific shore D hardness obtained by preparing in steps, successive a vulcanized blend of an engineering thermoplastic resin and at least two kinds of curable acrylic rubber. SOLUTION: A blend with below 30 of shore D hardness is prepared. In the presence of a second curable rubber which is not reacted with a first curing agent, the first curable rubber is cured with a first curing agent to prepare a first vulcanized rubber while removing a gas discharged. Then, in the presence of an engineering thermoplastic resin and the first vulcanized rubber, the second curable rubber is cured with a second curing agent by a condensation reaction while removing a gas discharged and a sufficiently precise intermediate hard blend with at least 40 of shore D hardness is prepared. Thereafter, in the presence of the intermediate hard blend, additional curable rubber is cured with an additional curing agent by a condensation reaction while removing a gas discharged.
