PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which is excellent not only in storage stability but also exhibits excellent adhesion by compounding at least an epoxy resin, a specific ketimine compound, a modified silicone resin and a modified silicone resin-curing catalyst. SOLUTION: This composition comprises at least an epoxy resin (e.g. bisphenol A type epoxy resin), a ketimine compound synthesized from a compound represented by formula I and a compound represented by formula II, a modified silicone resin, desirably a silicone resin bearing a terminal hydrolyzable silicon functional group represented by formula III and a modified silicone- curing catalyst (e.g. dibutyl tin bistriethylsilicate). In formulae I and II, R1 is a 1-6C alkyl; R2 is CH3 or C2H5; R3 is H or R2; R4 is an organic group (including a group bearing O, S or N); and (n) is at least 2. In formula III, R5 is a 1-12C monovalent hydrocarbyl group; R6 is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbyl group; and (n) is 0-2. This composition cures fast when taken out from a container.
