PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the closet interval between forks provided at a fork support member in such a way that their interval can be adjusted, in a fork clamp capable of cargo forking and clamping operations. SOLUTION: A fork support member 42 of a fork clamp capable of cargo forking and clamping operations is provided with a screw 60 having a right-hand thread portion 62 and a left-hand thread portion 61, in such a way that the screw can rotate about an axis extending in a direction crossing the opening and closing direction of the fork support member 42 and that the screw enables rotating operations. A plurality of forks 32 which the fork support member 42 has are arranged in such a way as to be movable in the direction of the axis of the screw 60. Nuts 37 engaged with the thread portions 61, 62 and axially displaced by the rotation of the screw 60 are fixedly provided at the fork 32.
