PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding apparatus for pallet made of synthetic resin wherein large-sized parts are held parallelly in a horizontal state to abut the side surfaces thereof to weld them, supplying of the parts is simple, and the whole mechanism is simplified. SOLUTION: A heating mechanism is provided between pressure bonding mechanisms 11, 12 respectively provided on part carry-in and carry-out sides to hold parts to be welded to bond the side surfaces thereof under pressure so as to be freely projected and lowered, and the pressure bonding mechanism 11 on the part carry-in side is provided with a part carry-in mechanism equipped with a high speed motor 108 for carrying the parts to a slide stand moving on a bed 113 horizontally, and a part grasping mechanism 15 for fixing each of carried-in parts to a predetermined position, while the pressure bonding mechanism on the part carry-out side is equipped with a low speed motor 116 and provided with a part carry-out mechanism 16 for carrying out the part to the slide stand 101 moving the bed horizontally and a part grasping mechanism 15 for fixing the carried-in part to a predetermined position, and a placing stand 121 on which the parts are to be placed on the side of the heating mechanism and a freely liftable press plate 122 for pressing and fixing the parts along with the placing stand are provided at each slide stand 101.
