PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly fluid concrete segment of good quality. SOLUTION: Reinforcing bars 8 required for a placing space K are fed and their upper faces are covered with a cover 6, and then highly fluid concrete is flowed from an introduction inlet 6a into the placing space K and set together with the cover 6 and the reinforcing bars 8. Even when, for instance, the placing space K is bent into the side face arc shape and concrete is the highly fluid concrete more easily flowing than the conventional concrete, the leakage of concrete to the outside is prevented and a good quality segment of given shape is molded without troubles. At the time of releasing, the cover 6 is embedded into the segment S as it is and made to remain thereon. The labor of removing the segment, therefore, is saved to reduce the manufacturing cost and, in the case the cover 6 is formed of a steel plate or the like, the strength of cement is increased to a large extent.
