PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slow down a cooling speed in a welded part, to reduce the generation of a stress owing to solidification and contraction after welding and to prevent cracks by placing and fixing an object to be welded on and to a table provided with a heater and heating the object to be welded up to a prescribed temperature with the heater via the table to execute welding. SOLUTION: A groove part Wa to be welded is upturned, an object W1 to be welded is pressurized with a pressurizing part 7 and fixed to a placing surface 4. Next, each heater 2 is electrically energized to heat a table 1 and whereby the object W1 to be welded is heated by the transmission of heat from the table 1. The ductility of the object W1 to be welded becomes high by preheating, both a welding rod T1 and the groove part Wa are molten by frictional heat when the welding rod T1 is rotated and abutted on the groove part Wa, titanium-aluminum of the welding rod T1 is cladded by welding on the surface of the groove part Wa. The object W1 to be welded is thermally insulated for a prescribed time and cooled in the air. Thus, the contraction by cooling is slowed down, a fluctuation of a stress around the groove part Wa is also gentle and cracks are restrained.
