PIERCED EARING HOLE PUNCHING UNIT AND PIERCED EARING HOLE PUNCHING METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pierced earing hole punching unit and a pierced earing hole punching method using the unit which are capable of largely improving workability and safety required for punching pierced earing holes. SOLUTION: A piercing punch 6 attached to an upper die plate P side of a press is composed of a piercing punch part 1 which is pushed and pulled with a wedge-like cam type backing plate 7 engaging with the apex and a wire operating part 3 which remotely operates the cam type backing plate 7 via a push-pull wire 2. Thus, since the pushing and pulling of the piercing punch 6 are remotely and surely executed, workability and safety required for punching pierced earing holes are largely improved.
