PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent bubbles generated by a mechanical vibration from entering into a pressurizing chamber through a nozzle and to ensure discharging performance by using a nozzle having a specified aspect ratio as a discharging nozzle disposed at a lower part of the pressurizing chamber in which a liq. is pressurized to be discharged. SOLUTION: In a structure 7 for discharging the liq., a piezoelectric/ electrostrictive membrane element 9 being a pressurizing means is disposed at an upper part of the pressurizing chamber 1, and a nozzle part 3 in which the nozzle 2 being a discharging hole discharging the liq. material in a form of fine particles is disposed at a lower part of the same. Further, a supply passage 5 for the liq. to be discharged communicating to the pressurizing chamber 1 through a back flow suppressing fine hole 10 is disposed between the pressurizing chamber 1 and the nozzle part 3. In such a structure, the nozzle 2 in which the aspect ratio (L/d) as the ratio of a nozzle length L to a nozzle diameter (d) is set to >=5 is used. In this way, the intrusion of the bubbles generated by a mechanical vibration to an inside of the pressurizing chamber 1 through the nozzle 2 is prevented and good discharging performance is ensured.
