PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrying capacity without interference of a cargo and an end part of a receiving base on its upper side. SOLUTION: This device is to sequentially carry cargoes W diagonally upward or diagonally downward by arranging first and second gradient outward passages 10A, 20A in parallel, giving them a specified gradientθand connecting a plural number of receiving bases 30 to a first carrier loop and a second carrier loop on their both ends so that they become roughly horizontal between the first and second gradient outward passages 10A, 20B. Additionally, as the cargoes W and end parts 30a of the upper side receiving bases 30 do not interfere with each other even when H which is height of W is larger than an arranging interval P in the vertical direction of the receiving bases 30 when an installation interval Q of the receiving bases against the first and second carrier loops is set as Q>=L/cosθ, it is possible to further improve carrying capacity by decreasing the vertical arranging interval p of the receiving bases 30 smaller than the height H of the cargoes W.
