PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel capable of easy manufacture. SOLUTION: This instrument panel is formed by disposing a skin 12 consisting of a skin layer 13, a foaming layer 14, and a barrier layer 15 on the surface side of a base material 11, and by arranging a planned breaking part 21 opened so as to protrude an airbag at the time of inflation, at a section covering the folded airbag. The planned breaking part 21 is constituted by forming a notched part 22 reaching the barrier layer 15 from the back surface side of the base material 11 along the planned breaking part 21. At least the skin layer 13 is formed with a plurality of holes 24 so as to cover only the planned breaking part 21 and its periphery. |
