<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous heat treatment method of a steel rod of a steel pipe having little bending and an apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: In this continuous heat treatment method performing heat treatment by heating them while butting and continuously carrying steel rods or steel pipes S cut in the prescribed length, the rear end of the carried previous steel rod or steel pipe S1 and the front end of the following steel rod or steel pipe S2 are welded. A feeding speed at a front feed caterpillar 3 is set quicker than a feeding speed at a rear feed caterpillar 4, and the heating heat treatment is executed with a hardening coil 1, etc., while continuously carrying them by applying prescribed tension to the steel rod or the steel pipe.</p> |
