PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive base isolation device for an exhibit which can relieve a big vibration. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a lower surface plate 21, an upper surface plate 22 arranged upward the lower surface plate 21, an intermediate plate 23 arranged between the lower surface plate 21 and upper surface plate 22, a guide rail 34 and roller 29 which can move the intermediate plate 23 provided between the lower surface plate 21 and upper surface plate 22 in one straight line direction for the lower surface plate 21, a guide rail 36 and roller 40 which can move the upper surface plate 22 provided between the intermediate plate 23 and upper surface plate 22 in the other straight line direction orthogonally crossing with the said one straight line direction for the intermediate plate 23 and restoration springs 32, 33, 42, 43 for returning the moved intermediate plate 23 and upper surface plate 22 to the position before moving.
