PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify electrical connecting work, in a vehicular motor driven fan device arranged with an electrically connecting box for housing an electric parts such as a relay and the like, utilizing a dead space of a fan shroud. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fan shroud 10 for guiding feed air of air blower fans 11, 12 as well as holding and fixing electric motors 13, 14 for driving fans. An electrically connecting box 30 for housing an electric parts for controlling current-carrying to the electric motors 13, 14 is arranged on the fan shroud 10. Connectors 35A, 36A for connecting an electric parts in the electrically connecting box 30 and a vehicle side electric wiring to each other is formed on an outer surface of the electrically connecting box 30 facing to a horizontal direction.
