PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed sash window being simple in constitution and facilitating mounting work. SOLUTION: A fixed sash window 11 has a windowpane 12 larger than an opening 16 formed in an exterior wall 14, a sash frame 13 mounted around the windowpane 12, and a fastener 15 for fastening the sash frame 13 to the inner surface 14A of the exterior wall 14. An interior wall member 21 abuts against the windowpane 12 at the end 24A of its side face member 24 via rubber 25. The end 24A of the interior wall member 21 is located inside the opening 16.
