PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the leveling to a roof surface and easily provide a ventilation flashing material simplified in structure and excellent in constructing property by providing an air hole and a positioning plate on a flashing member to be mounted on the lower part of a wall body on a roof. SOLUTION: A flashing member 13 having a plurality of air holes 27 is integrally molded by extrusion molding by use of synthetic resin or the like. The flashing member 13 has projection parts 21, 22, 24 for enhancing the adhesion with a wall body 12 and an eddy plate part 20 (protruding part) to prevent the penetration of rainwater from a clearance 40 for ventilation. The flashing member 13 is fixed to a skeleton 14 with its tip edge 17a being butted to the roof surface 11a of a roof part 112 through the raised part 118 of a roofing 116, a rain presser metal raised part 113, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 34. A lath composite sheet 33 consisting of a reinforced waterproof paper and a lath integrated thereto is laid thereon to form a mortar wall 32. According to this, the construction can be easily performed without performing the leveling for setting to the roof surface.
