摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a method for producing sintered ore by charging a blending raw material in a layer state dividing it into two stages and igniting it from the upper surface on the respective layers. SOLUTION: At the time of charging a blended raw material containing raw material powdery ore, flux and fuel on a pallet 9 in a Dwight-Lloyd type sintering machine, the blended raw material is divided and charged into two stages of an upper packing layer 12 and a lower packing layer 11 in the layer height direction and the ignition is executed for the respective raw material packing layers and an oxygen-containing gas is supplied from the upper part to the lower part to produce the sintered ore. In this case, at the time of igniting the upper packing layer 12, the oxygen concn, in the oxygen-containing gas supplied to the lower packing layer 11 is made to >=8 vol.%. After igniting to the upper packing layer 12, the differential pressure in the layer thickness direction of the oxygen-containing gas supplied into the raw material packing layer, in a part or in the whole in the range of the strand length direction from the position, at which the front line position of a combustion fused zone in the upper packing layer 12 becomes 10% of the layer thickness of the upper packing layer 12 downward from the surface layer, to a ore discharging part, is desirable to increase it to 1.1-5.0 times to the differential pressure at the front of this portion.
