PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing part structure suitable for housing of cleaning implements without impairing the beauty in a toilet room. SOLUTION: A housing recess having an opening/closing door 1a is opened in part of a side wall surface installed contiguously to the floor surface A in the toilet room or the front surface panel of an equipment unit. A recessed draining chamber 2 is formed at its base surface. A drain port 3 disposed in the draining chamber 2 is communicated with an existing drain piping system.
