PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread baking machine which makes it possible to sufficiently observe a state in a bread case and to safely take out bread without the danger of getting burned and which can miniaturize a device and bake bread of a good flavor without providing a heater in an oven case. SOLUTION: The bread case 2 and the oven case 3 housing the bread case are made of transparent materials. The oven case for housing the bread case can be removed from the main body 1 of the bread baking machine in the state of housing the bread case. Hot air from a fan heater unit 18 is made convective toward the upper side of the oven case through a space between the outer wall of the bread case and the inner wall of the oven case.
