PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tire cover for display and a tire displaying device by which an unnecessary stock is not needed and a profit is not reduced when a large quantity of tires are displayed. SOLUTION: The hollow display tire cover 20 is provided with a cylindrical cover part 21 consisting of a flexible material for covering the outer peripheral ground part 11 of an automobile tire 10 and a rubber body 22 or a string body along the both end surfaces of the tire by narrowing the both end parts of the cylindrical cover part 21. Then, a center display part 31 positioned in the center part of the tire and a display plate 30 having plural coming-off preventing inner pawls 32 to be fitted to the U-shaped cross section part 13 of the tire and plural coming-off preventing outer pawls 33 along an outer surface on one end surface of the tire are combined and used.
