The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a textile product by starting with fibres and/or filaments in which these fibres and/or filaments travel in the form of a web. The technique consists in subjecting the fibres and/or filaments to a transverse looping accompanied by drawing and that the latter are accumulated in the form of loops in which the fibres and/or filaments are parallelised.
