PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor housing device capable of easily transporting a housing part and securing the function of housing protection by attaching the box body upper part of an upper face opening to an opening part formed on a floor face, and providing a protection member on the outside of a box body. SOLUTION: The upper part of the box body 3 of an upper face opening formed by assembling substantially plate-like side wall members 4, 4 and a bottom plate member 5 is attached to an opening part 9a formed on a floor face 9. A sheet-like protection member 7 having elongation is provided on the outside of the box body 3 to provide a cover body 10 so as to constitute an underfloor housing device 1. The protection member 7 is formed of a material having airtightness, and the upper end 7a is supported by a frame member 2 provided on the upper part of the box body 3. A side wall member 8 is in the form of obliqueness or a staircase, and the lower part of the box body 3 may have a larger volume than that of the upper part. Thereby a housing part can be easily transported and the function of the housing material protection of heat insulation or the like can be secured.
