PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fully long construction material not limited to the length of a mold by filling, compressing and solidifying a wooden piece after a long sliced veneer is continuously bent, and further bending the remaining part. SOLUTION: A decorative outer layer comprising a wood and a long sliced veneer 3 comprising the inner layer of a resin or non-woven fabric are wound around a roll 2. Next, the sliced veneer 3 is drawn out, made a substantially U-shaped cross section continuous semi-manufactured good 8 in a manufacturing station A, and an adhesive impregnated wood piece 9 is filled in a wood piece station B. Next, the wood piece 9 is compressed with a compression roll 10 in a compression station C, and heated with a heater 12 to be solidified in a heating station D. The wood piece 9 is bent to be made a final shape and delivered in a long shape in a bending station E. Thereafter it is cut in accordance with application and utilized as the raw material of interior finish and a furniture. Thus, a fully long design construction material not limited to the length of the mold can be manufactured.
