PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent turning together and contrive uniform soil improvement of high quality by providing a first agitating unit and a second agitating unit in parallel, driving each drive sprocket by a separate hydraulic motor and driving each agitating chain with fins in mutually reverse directions. SOLUTION: Respective rotation directions and rotation speeds of hydraulic motors 8, 9 can be separately arbitrarily varied.
