PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the snow removal method of a road surface and the snow removal system of the road surface capable of quickly performing safe snow removal working by avoiding an obstacle such as a manhole on the road surface. SOLUTION: When the accumulated snow of a road surface 3 is removed while the snow removal machine 11 of a snow removal vehicle 5 is running, a signal on an obstacle 7 transmitted from a transmission means 9 provided along the road surface 3 is received with a receiver 37 mounted on the snow removal vehicle 5. A controller mounted on the snow removal vehicle 5 performs the instruction of setting of speed and indication of ascending or the like of the snow removal machine 11, and collision of the snow removal machine 11 and the obstacle 7 is avoided.
