PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the device by providing an air-entrapping unit for forcedly contact-entrapping air into running discharge water, and engaging a plurality of passages provided within a nozzle body in communicating form by a passage switching means. SOLUTION: A hip flushing passage 8 and a bidet flushing passage 9 are provided on a nozzle body 10 and allowed to communicate with each discharge port provided on a nozzle head. An air-entrapping unit 2 has an air inlet port 6, a flushing water inlet port 7, a bubble dispersing mechanism 3 for entrapping air into water, and a bubble entrapping passage 4. The bubble-entrapped water generated by the bubble dispersing mechanism 3 is carried to each discharge passage within the nozzle body 10 through the air-entrapping unit 2. The air- entrapping unit 2 is vertically moved by a passage switching means to discharge the bubble-entrapped water selectively through each of the hip flushing passage 8 and the bidet flushing passage 9. Therefore, the tube to be supplied to the nozzle unit is one each for water and air, and it is not necessary to secure a large tube laying space. Accordingly, the device body can be miniaturized.
