PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively conceal information by obtaining a concealing label sheet for sticking a label while maintaining the state dealt with a position to be concealed. SOLUTION: An extension part 5 is provided by sidewisely extending at least one side of a release sheet 3 from a label 2. A turn-up piece 7 is cut out and formed via a slit 6 at the part 5, the slit 6 of the piece 7 is extended at the sheet 3 under the label so that the label 2 is erectably provided by erecting the piece 7. A slit 8 is cut out at the sheet 3 along one side of an opposite side to the part 5 of the sheet 3.
