PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer having a matter-to-be-printed horizontal supporting unit for horizontally or level regulating, maintaining, correcting and aligning separably independently from a printing unit horizontal support of a screen plate. SOLUTION: A matter-to-be-printed horizontal supporting unit 18 is fixed to another base 20 independent from a base 19 for supporting a screen plate 1. The unit 18 has X-, Y- and Z-axis axial drivers 18, 17 and 16, and a Z-axis swing driver 14. A pair of sandwiching units and a horizontal support 11 are spaced on the unit 18, and a printed matter 5 is raised by a bearer 7 in its opening 6, screen printed, then lowered, separated from a printing plate and intermittently transferred at steps to become a conveying passage between the sandwiching units.
