PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser with receiver tank in which a tank can be assembled easily and surely while making compact the condenser, reducing cost and the quantity of refrigerant to be used, and enhancing reliability. SOLUTION: This condenser comprises a condenser body 1, a receiver tank 30, and first and second brackets 10, 20. The first bracket 10 comprises a fixing piece, a brazing face, a flange coupling face, and a refrigerant passage conducting between the flange coupling face and the brazing face. The second bracket 20 comprises a brazing piece 29, and a fixing piece. A flange coupling face and an inflow opening are formed in the coupling block 50 of the receiver tank 30. Under a state where the coupling block 50 of the receiver tank 30 is adapted to the first bracket 10 in liquid conduction state, the receiver tank 30 is fitted between both brackets 10, 20 and secured by means of screws.
