PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the generation of an operation noise, and make a quiet operation possible. SOLUTION: An elastic ring 22 made of a rubber is inserted between bearings 20 and 20 which inboard-support the rotating shaft 2 for shiatsu rollers 4 and 4 and massaging rollers 5 and 5, and a main body case 1. Also, an elastic ring 27 made of a rubber is inserted between a supporting part of a motor M for the driving of the rotating shaft 2, and a supporting member 25 which is fixed to the main body case 1. During an operation, a vibration which is generated on the rotating shaft 2 and the motor M is absorbed by elastic deformations of the elastic rings 22 and 27, and an operation noise which is generated when the vibration is propagated to the main body case 1, is reduced.
