PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable-harvesting machine having a grass-dividing device for dividing the foliage portions of root vegetable crops, a carrying device for raking, pulling up and carrying the root vegetable crops, and a cutting device for cutting off the foliage portions of the carried root vegetable crops, in the front of the travel portion of the machine, capable of exhausting a mulching film and stably cutting the foliage portions of the root vegetable crops. SOLUTION: An exhaust device 81 capable of nipping a mulching film 9 with two power-driven carrying rollers 63 and 64 and subsequently exhausting the mulching film 9 is disposed in the rear portion of the frame. The mulching film 9 is raised at an angle of 30-90 deg. through the rear end of a lower belt 25b, and further carried through a support roller 61.
