PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized hot air blower which can be placed at hand and used anytime and anywhere and also can send warm air or hot air in spot form. SOLUTION: This hot air blower is of such constitution as to blow out warm air or hot air in spot form form the opening 112 of a casing 10, having a battery 70, blow means 20 and 22 for blowing out air from the opening 112 of the casing 10 by sending air by the drive of the battery 70, and a heating means 30 for heating the air sent by the blowing means 20, 21, and 22, using the battery 70 as a power source, within the handy casing 10 having the opening 112.
