PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an inexpensive production by slitting or boring a square steel pipe generally used as a steel product, and using it as a draining side ditch. SOLUTION: A square steel pipe 1 of JIS standard is used as a water receiving part. In setting of this square steel pipe, a receiving frame 2 formed by cutting a square steel pipe and drilling a hole in the bottom part is used, and the receiving frame 2 is set on a concrete side ditch 3. The bottom of the square steel pipe 1 is bored, and the square steel pipe 1 is set in the receiving frame 2 so as to be replaceable. A pavement 4 is then provided. Accordingly, by using the square steel pipe 1 of JIS standard as steel product, various water receiving parts can be manufactured according to the dimension and thickness of the square steel pipe to be used. Further, a standard unified throughout the country can be provided, and the manufacture can be performed at a low cost.
