PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooler for performing more size reduction and energy conservation. SOLUTION: In the cooler, an absorber 21, a high temperature regenerator 22, a low temperature regenerator 23, a first condenser 24 and a first evaporator 25 are provided. An absorption solution pipeline L2a provided from the absorber to the absorber via the regenerators 22, 23, and a first refrigerant pipeline communicating the high temperature regenerator with the absorber via the regenerator 23, the condenser 24 and the evaporator 25 are provided. A refrigerant vapor generating high quality fuel heat source 61 is provided at the regenerator 22. Then, heat of the vapor generated at the regenerator 22 and passing the first pipeline is supplied to the regenerator 23. Further, in the cooler, an absorption refrigerator 20 having an exhaust heat recovering pipeline L3 for communicating warm water heat exchanged with an exhaust system 1a of an internal combustion engine 1 by cooling the engine 1 with an exhaust heat exchanger 63 provided at an absorption solution pipeline between the absorber and the regenerator 22 is provided, and a cooling means 10 supplied with a cold heat from the refrigerator to communicate with the first evaporator is provided.
