PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capability of fitting and restraining a four-point seat belt. SOLUTION: This seat belt device is constituted by connecting right and left seat belts 22, 23 connected through connecting means 24 at the midpoint and forming the upper parts of respective seat belts 22, 23 at shoulder belt parts 22a, 23a, wherein the lower part of one seat belt 23 is fixed to the seat side, and the lower part of the other seat belt 22 is uncoupleably-connected to the seat side. The connecting means 24 is inserted into the seat belt 23 so as to move by a prescribed amount, and is provided with a latching part 24b uncoupleably-latched with the other seat belt 22 at the front end side. As a result, at the time of fitting a seat belt, an act such as shouldering a satchel is not necessary. By moving the connecting means 24 appropriately, it is possible to adjust the length of the shoulder belts 22a and 23a.
